Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Manager to join our growing team and make a significant impact on our business operations. This is an opportunity to be part of a meaningful business that combines retail excellence with spiritual wellness services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of retail store and healing practice
- Lead and develop team members, including cashier staff
- Manage inventory using Square POS system
- Coordinate healing session bookings and customer service
- Support business growth initiatives and expansion plans
- Maintain high standards of customer service across all touchpoints
- Assist with event planning and promotional activities
- Handle administrative tasks and operational efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications
- Proven business knowledge and management experience
- Experience leading and developing people
- Strong moral character and integrity
- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Excellent organizational skills
- High energy and enthusiasm for the role
- Comfort working in a spiritual/metaphysical retail environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail management
- Knowledge of spiritual/metaphysical products
- Familiarity with Square POS or similar systems
- Event coordination experience
- Social media and marketing experience
