What You’ll Do

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a PT

Assist residents with mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence

Document treatments and progress using Net Health

Collaborate with the rehab team to support resident-centered goals
What We’re Looking For
-
Active PTA license in Vermont
-
SNF/LTC experience preferred, but new grads welcome

Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
