We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing and driving the successful implementation of key processes and systems while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Based in Norwood, Massachusetts, this position offers flexibility with the potential for remote work for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of TaxDome, ensuring all project milestones are met within deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and align project goals.
• Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Provide expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize project execution.
• Facilitate regular meetings to update teams and stakeholders on project status.
• Identify risks and implement strategies for mitigation to ensure project success.
• Deliver comprehensive reports and documentation to track progress and outcomes.
• Ensure all project activities comply with organizational standards and best practices.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a CPA firm or similar industry.
• Strong familiarity with TaxDome software and its implementation.
• Certification in PMP or equivalent formal project management credential.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in developing and executing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a part-time contract role.
