Role Description

This is a full-time Funeral Director role based on-site in Fall River, MA. The Funeral Director will oversee and manage all aspects of funeral services, including arranging and directing funerals, coordinating with families to plan personalized services, and communicating with vendors and third-party service providers. Additional tasks include embalming and ensuring the highest standards of service with sensitivity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in Embalming and working within Funeral Homes
• Strong skills in Family Services and understanding of family needs during memorial planning
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Knowledge of funeral and burial procedures, laws, and regulations
• Ability to work effectively on-site and as part of a team
• Active licensure as a Funeral Director and Embalmer in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly beneficial
