Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will adhere to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts and provide comprehensive case management for clients. This role includes the supervision and support of Behavior Technicians to ensure the consistent and effective implementation of behavior intervention plans. Initial and ongoing training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans.

Prepare progress reports that are clinically sound and aligned with treatment goals.

Analyze client data regularly to evaluate progress and adjust programming as needed.

Create treatment materials including visual aids, token boards, and other tools for use by Behavior Technicians.

Provide training and guidance to parents to support client goals outside of sessions.

Oversee and mentor Behavior Technicians, ensuring fidelity of implementation and providing performance feedback.

Contribute to the continuous development of high-quality, client-centered clinical services.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning relevant client management software.
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.

Current BCBA certification.

Active state license in behavior analysis (if applicable).
