We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee residential and light commercial construction and renovation projects from estimating through completion. This role blends preconstruction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to deliver high-quality builds across Berkshire County.
What You’ll Do
- Manage residential and light commercial construction projects from estimating through closeout
- Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for renovation and new construction work
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
- Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
Requirements
- Experience in residential or light commercial construction project management
- Strong estimating, budgeting, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and scheduling
- Professional, client-facing communication skills
