Job DescriptionDescription:

  • Perform manual and automated test, calibration, adjustments of products.
  • Evaluate test failures and determine if repair or re-alignment is required.
  • Learn, understand and utilize PC- based software as required.
  • Understand, and utilize STE, TME, ETMS, and PC-based software as required
  • Work and adhere to quality standards for ISO 9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540-3, and ISO/IEC 17025 Client quality program.
  • Assist in maintaining the Calibration team's accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable training.
  • Complete required forms, reports and other documentation per assembly instructions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and interface effectively with fellow team members, customers, and management while adhering to the highest standards of business ethics.
  • Ability to calibrate instruments both manually and using automated test procedures.
  • Experience using automated calibration software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in English is essential for understanding technical documents, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Understand project timeline, goals and processes and take the lead to complete those requirements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of related work experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand schematics, BOMs, and other engineering documents.
