Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite contract opportunity focuses on providing essential speech and language services in a diverse school environment. You’ll work collaboratively with educators to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive interventions for students, helping each individual reach their fullest potential.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold an active Massachusetts SLP license (please provide a screenshot as proof)
- ASHA CCC certification required
- Bilingual abilities preferred (Spanish/English)
- Previous experience working as an SLP in a school setting is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with families
- Reliable transportation for daily attendance
Essential Duties:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-age children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of student progress and therapy notes
- Consult with classroom teachers and participate in IEP meetings
- Support families in understanding and implementing language development strategies
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, maintaining confidentiality and ethical practice
- Follow attendance protocols and promptly communicate about any absences or scheduling conflicts
