Education Requirement – High School Diploma is a must
2 Year Technical Degree preferred not required
Years of experience – at least 7 years’ experience
• Minimum of 7 years CNC mill and lathe machining experience utilizing manual G-Code Programming and CAM systems

1. CNC Mill (3d milling/4Th axis) CNC Lathe (program and operate)
2. CAM Experience (FeatureCam, MasterCam)
3. General Machinist (Prototrak, manual mills and lathes, Flow waterjet, Blanchard grinder, EDM,)
4. Welder/Fabricator
5. Sheet Metal Fabricator
6. Okuma Lathe
7. Grinding Experience
8. CAD Design Experience
9. FDM Operator/Programmer

Computer aided manufacturing experience – generate the g-code for the machine (Feature CAM and Master CAM)
Run other machine shop equipment – water jet, grinder - have familiarity with these
