Job Title: Physical Therapist – Inpatient/Outpatient Rehab

Shift: Days

Position Overview:

Provide therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient populations referred by a licensed physician, supporting patient recovery and functional improvement across a wide age range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, re-evaluate, and treat patients
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Treat patients across pediatric to adult populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and quality assessments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy License
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• 1+ year experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Incentives:

• Salary: $66,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
• Incentives: Relocation and/or sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates
