Job DescriptionJob Title: Quality Control Manager
Location: Greenville, NH
Pay rate: $36 to $40 /HR
Schedule: Monday through Thursday
Shift: 7am to 5pm

Job Summary:
The Quality Control Manager ensures that all products meet company and regulatory quality standards. This role oversees quality programs, leads inspections and audits, manages a team of technicians, and helps maintain a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve quality control processes, including raw materials, in-process checks, and finished products.
  • Lead internal and external audits; maintain detailed QC records and reports.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications and quality procedures.
  • Investigate product issues and lead corrective/preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with food safety and compliance teams to deliver training.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMP, SQF).
  • Manage product holds/releases and assist with mock recalls and traceability.
  • Maintain safety data sheets and participate in monthly safety inspections.
  • Promote a strong culture of quality and food safety throughout the facility.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of quality or production management experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience with audits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • HACCP certified and familiar with Kosher/Halal guidelines.

Pay Details: $36.00 to $40.00 per hour
