Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide vital support to K-12 students within an engaging school environment. This contract position spans the current school year and involves hands-on involvement with students across multiple locations, with the primary site located in Cabot, VT, and additional support possibly required at Twinfield and other out-of-district placements in the Barre/Berlin area.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students grades K-12.
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support students communication needs.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary approach to student support.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience.
Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
Proven ability to adapt therapy strategies to a school-based environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

This role requires onsite presence; virtual work is not available. The position offers an hourly rate between $45 and $55, reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise.
