Adecco Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company in Haverhill, MA to hire a skilled CNC Setup Operator for a split shift position. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Position: CNC Setup Operator
Shift: Split Shift – 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Pay Rate: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Overview:

Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts, ensuring proper handling and documentation

Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect parts for quality and accuracy

Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime

Maintain clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company standards

Collaborate with production team and supervisors to meet daily production goals and quality standards

Document machine setup parameters and maintain accurate production records
Qualifications:

Previous experience in CNC setup and operation preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
