Overview
We are seeking a flexible and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Bowie, Maryland. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, while allowing you to work across two facilities and gain experience with a variety of patients and clinical needs.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
-
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals

Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and independence

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate
-
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
-
Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety
-
Provide consistent, high-quality care across both assigned facilities
-
Travel between facilities as required
Qualifications
-
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
-
Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
-
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
-
Ability to adapt to working across multiple facilities
-
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
