Join a world-class manufacturer of precision machined aerospace components! Were looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team on 1st shift. What Youll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to established procedures.
- Review and interpret blueprints and programs to ensure accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and break in new products and programs, checking for tool and fixture clearance.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections, making adjustments as needed.
- Follow 6S guidelines and maintain a safe, clean work area.
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of CNC lathe experience in aerospace or similar precision environment.
- Ability to work within tight tolerances (+/- .001) and established parameters.
- Skilled in using bore gages, Johnson gages, pitch mics, and indicators for setting work offsets.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
