Compensation: $44.02–$46.93 per hour
Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday–Friday

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Bowie, Maryland.

This full-time opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, while providing flexibility around scheduling and hours. It's an excellent option for a clinician who values consistency but also appreciates having some flexibility in how their workweek is structured.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

  • Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans appropriately

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety

  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team

  • Promote patient engagement, safety, and independence throughout treatment

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree

  • Current Maryland Physical Therapist license

  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Patient-focused approach to care

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team

  • Flexibility and strong organizational skills

  • New graduates are welcome to apply

  • New-graduate compensation will be determined based on relevant qualifications, skills, and experience
