Sagamore Plumbing & Heating LLC is looking to add to our growing Service Department. The Maintenance Agreement Salesperson is responsible for developing, presenting and closing new HVAC service maintenance agreements for the Service Department.

Responsibilities:
- Meets existing and potential customers at their businesses to sell commercial heating and cooling maintenance agreements.
- Self-generating leads are required although there will also be some leads provided.
- Responsible for accounts through the full life cycle of sales to successful performance of maintenance program.
- Provides exceptional customer experience.
- Performs site surveys to compile HVAC equipment information as needed.
- Works with all divisions within the organization to cross-sell multiple services.
- Completes and submits all necessary weekly and monthly paperwork required in a timely manner from sales activity to closing documents.
- Prepare proposals and presents to customers and potential customers.
- Follow up on open proposals.
- Follow up on proposals for renewal opportunities.
- Works closely with the construction and service install teams.
- Continually works towards self-improvement on learning products and selling skills.
- Perform other tasks as required.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems a plus.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving and criminal record
- Ability to climb stairs as well as the ability to carry and climb ladders
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service with previous sales experience
- HVAC knowledge and experience is a plus
- Self-starter, self-motivated
- Team player capable of managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Desire to contribute and succeed
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
