POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Bank’s computing infrastructure including workstations, servers, storage, backups, and cloud computing systems. This position also plays a key role in supporting our network, telephony systems, and information security systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Practical, hands-on knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 applications, licensing, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and MDM/MAM.
- Practical, hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, operating systems, and current and forthcoming Client/Server technology.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with customers
- Demonstrated ability to cooperate and work well with others
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong collaboration skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Highly organized with proven ability to efficiently handle detail with accuracy
- Strong project management skills
- Flexibility with working hours
PREFERRED:
- Prior work experience in a financial institution
- Proficient with Cisco and Meraki network management
- Proficient with PowerShell and other scripting tools
