ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and certified Special Education Case Manager to support a high school population (Grades 9-12) for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate special education professional who enjoys balancing direct student services with case management responsibilities in a collaborative educational setting.
Position Details
- Location: Raymond, NH
- Grade Levels: High School (9th-12th Grade)
- Schedule Preference:
- Preferred: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-2:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Alternative: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-12:30 PM
- Alternative: Tuesday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-2:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Options Available
- Caseload: High School Students (9-12)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Special Education Case Manager for assigned students.
- Provide direct special education services and academic support.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs.
- Coordinate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state special education regulations.
- Complete required documentation and progress reporting.
- Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Active Special Education Teaching Certification required.
- Previous case management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and special education compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- School-based experience preferred.
