Insight Global is hiring experienced Cooks to support a well-known Sports & Entertainment Company! This is a fast-paced, extremely high-volume environment preparing hot and cold food across multiple stadium locations, including concession stands, clubs, and action stations.
We need people who have really worked through a kitchen rush before. Think someone who has been over a grill day in and day out, can keep moving when the kitchen gets slammed, and takes pride in being someone the team can rely on.
Day-to-Day:
- Prepare hot and cold menu items from production lists
- Cook and present menu items to specification
- Work across club concession stands, action stations, and other stadium food-service locations
- Grill proteins to temperature
- Safely operate knives and commercial kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow food and workplace safety procedures
- Work efficiently during extremely high-volume event service
- Potentially cook in public-facing areas and interact with guests
- More experienced cooks may help lead small groups during preparation and service
Must Haves:
- 1-3+ years of professional cooking/kitchen experience
- High-volume cooking experience within a restaurant, catering operation, banquet facility, stadium/arena, hotel, university dining, or similar environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- ServSafe Certification
