Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Attleboro, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, including hardware configuration, desktop assistance, and end-user training. This long-term contract position requires hands-on expertise in managing Windows systems, Office 365, and supporting network devices.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver day-to-day IT support, including resolving issues with printers, computer access, and password resets.
• Configure and distribute laptops and other hardware to employees.
• Provide training and documentation for end users, ensuring smooth adoption of systems.
• Support Office 365 applications and troubleshoot related issues.
• Collaborate with integrators to address user concerns and ensure optimal system performance.
• Offer senior-level desktop support for hardware and software systems onsite.
• Assist with documentation and training related to specific organizational projects.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking end users to address their IT needs.
• Ensure all systems are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain hardware, including laptops, desktops, and network printers.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 applications and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware configuration, including laptops and network printers.
• Ability to create and deliver end-user training and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred to support diverse users.
