Qualifications:

- Demonstrated expertise in fostering inclusion and differentiated instruction
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to engaging with students both individually and in group settings
- Professional, caring, and flexible attitude within a team-based atmosphere
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instructional services to students with individualized learning needs according to their IEPs
- Develop and adapt lesson plans based on students’ unique strengths and challenges
- Collaborate closely with other special education and general education staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and required reports
- Foster a positive, supportive, and productive learning environment in all classes
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Provide consistent onsite support—this position does not offer remote or virtual options
