We are looking for a dedicated provider to fill a Part-Time or Full-Time role (24-40 hours per week) at our Mineral Springs Center in North Conway, NH. This position is open to both nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $58 to $62, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap on earnings.

Role Overview

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and urgent care services to residents in the nursing center.
  • Collaborate with other medical providers to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
  • Work closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of improving lives through compassionate care.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license.
  • Nurse Practitioners should have a Master's Degree in Nursing with a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties.
  • Physician Assistants must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE).
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  • Must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.
