Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our boutique client's legal team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate contracts (purchase agreements, leases, loan documents).
- Manage transactions from term sheet through closing.
- Conduct due diligence (title, survey, zoning, environmental review).
- Advise clients on acquisitions, developments, and leasing matters.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- 2–7 years of commercial real estate experience (not residential).
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions independently.
- Experience with industrial, retail, office, or multifamily projects is a plus.
