Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching license
- Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs, preferably at the kindergarten or high school level
- Strong case management and organizational abilities
- Commitment to individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborative educational approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and support tailored to a kindergarten-aged student within a high school environment
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in partnership with families and staff
- Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize growth
- Coordinate with other educators and specialists to ensure comprehensive support
