About the Role:


We are a busy and client-focused law firm seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Support attorneys and staff with clerical needs as requested

Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
