Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in Fall River, ensuring high-quality care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.

• Achieve and exceed set performance targets and goals within the assigned territory.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Experience/Qualifications
