Notice of Public Comment Period The Franklin County Transportation Planning Organization will open a 21-day public review and comment period for an Amendment to the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2027-2031 Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP). Comments on the draft update will be accepted from Friday October 23 through Friday November 13, 2026.
