Key Responsibilities:
1. System Installation &amp; Setup

<li>Assist with installing pipes, valves, sprinklers, and controllers under the direction of senior or lead technicians.</li>

2. Maintenance &amp; Repair
<ul>

3. Controller Programming
<ul>

4. Safety &amp; Compliance

5. Team Support

Qualifications:
1. Experience
<ul>
<li>12 years of experience in irrigation installation, landscaping, or a related field (or equivalent training)..</li>
</ul>
2. Technical Skills
<ul>
<li>Basic understanding of irrigation systems, components, and layout.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn programming and troubleshooting of different controller types.</li>
</ul>
3. Certifications
<ul>
<li>Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred.</li>
<li>Any irrigation-related certifications are a plus but not required.</li>

4. Physical Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

JOB SUMMARY
This position reports directly to the Cultivation Propagation Lead and is responsible for ensuring the health and vitality of mother plants, managing clones through early growth phases until they are ready to be transferred to the next cultivation area, and maintaining sanitary practices in the nursery. 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

<li>Mother Plant Maintenance - Maintain and care for mother plants to ensure optimal health and productivity</li>
<li>Cloning Techniques - Execute precise cutting and propagation practices using rooting hormones and established cloning methods to propagate new plants</li>
