Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service to retail and internal service customers</li>
<li>Assist customers in accurately identifying and ordering automotive parts</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with customers and the service department regarding backorders and delays</li>
<li>Perform regular inventory tasks, including weekly bin counts and cycle counts</li>
<li>Check in and stock nightly deliveries of parts and customer orders</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>
<li>Handle heavy parts and packages (up to 50 lbs)</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Previous parts experience a plus, but not required</li>
<li>Basic computer skills for parts lookup and order entry</li>
<li>A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude</li>
