TOWN OF FAIRLEE NOW HIRING! TOWN TREASURER The Town of Fairlee is seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-driven individual to serve as Town Treasurer. Responsibilities include: Manage Town funds, including tax collection and deposits; Prepare tax bills and track delinquent accounts; Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts; Provide monthly reports; Assist with budget, Town Report, and audits; Assist with tracking and monitoring of grant funding/reporting Qualifications are: Experience in bookkeeping or accounting required; Knowledge of Vermont municipal finance; Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
