Job DescriptionABA THERAPIST/RBT Spencer Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve. Duties

<li>Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.</li>
<li>Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve overall functioning.</li>
<li>Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.</li>
<li>Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.</li>
<li>Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health.</li>

 Previous 
<ul>
<li>Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioral disorders, is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices is essential.</li>
