Educational Requirements:
You must possess a strong work ethic, an outgoing and personable chair-side manner and the desire to improve within the dental field. You must also be flexible, open and positive. Requirements include:

<li>DDS or DMD degree</li>
<li>Current dental license in state of hire</li>
<li>Must have a current certification specialty in endodontics</li>
<li>Ability to travel overnight to training sessions once a month&nbsp;during your first year of employment</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years clinical experience a plus, none required</li>
