<li>Successful completion of internship and/or formal training in the analysis of behavior and instructional strategies training related to working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders, their parents, and other agencies working with client </li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skill, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations </li>
<li>Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction </li>
<li>Certified as a BCBA for a minimum of 2 years, unless prior approval is granted by Executive Director. </li>
<li>Knowledge of DTT programming and implementation </li>
<li>Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook systems </li>
<li>Current on all required trainings/certifications (see general list of employment qualifications for list) </li>

Shift Type: Days
Shift Schedule Options: 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days
Weekend Requirement: One Saturday every 78 weeks
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
Salary Median: $41/hour to $45/hour (commensurate with experience)
Position Summary:
This is an urgent need for a versatile Physical Therapist who will work across inpatient and outpatient settings. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with other health professionals to optimize care outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:

<li>Evaluate patient physical conditions and functional needs</li>
<li>Develop and implement personalized therapy plans</li>
<li>Monitor, assess, and adjust treatment based on progress</li>
