Position Overview
The General Counsel of LGES Vertech reports to the company’s CEO and provides senior management with legal advice on company strategies, contracts, manages the legal function, and directs and oversees the work of outside counsel. Job Description
We are seeking a Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorney's business needs. You will also be asked to perform tasks of a Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct research to support legal proceedings</li>
<li>Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents</li>
<li>Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations</li>
<li>Record and store client information</li>
<li>Managing calendar appointments and travel arrangements</li>
<li>Handle email and phone communications on behalf of attorney</li>
<li>Run errands and complete personal tasks as needed</li>
<li>Coordinate household services, vendors and deliveries</li>
<li>Assist with light bookkeeping, expense tracking and invoice management</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all duties</li>
<li>Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure client privacy and security.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field</li>
