<li> The operation will include set up, operation, breakdown and cleaning of all components, and the development of proper processing parameters during operation to optimize line speeds and yields</li>
<li> Safe operation of forklifts to transport materials to workstations.</li>
<li> Ensure proper quality review of the product on workstations assigned.</li>
<li> Follow all company policies, including environmental policy and notify supervisor of any concern that may affect work area or company property.</li>
<li> Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.</li>

 The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 
<ul>
<li> High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li> Prior experience with plastics, vinyl coating, lamination, or printing production highly desirable</li>
<li> Prior forklift certification and experience.</li>
<li> Ability to read and write English</li>
<li> Good verbal communications skills</li>
<li> Understanding of how to use a touchscreen (PLC) production line</li>
<li> Ability to learn and understand technology associated with plastics processing</li>
</ul>

<li> Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures</li>
<li> Stoop, kneel, crawl, climb Stand and walk for the majority of an 12 and 8 hour shifts</li>

<li> Availability and willingness to cover any shift with prior notification</li>

Join a dynamic team where you will work in one of three specialized departments. Each department offers a unique assembly experience, ranging from large valve assembly to detailed kitting and small assembly.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assemble large valves utilizing mechanical skills and reading blueprints or schematics.</li>
<li>Perform repetitive kitting tasks assembling small components that fit inside valves.</li>
<li>Use small hand tools and microscopes to assemble smaller valves where attention to detail is crucial.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience with hand and power tools.</li>
<li>Mechanical aptitude and inclination.</li>
<li>Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
</ul>
Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr.
