Position Summary:
As a Production Value Stream Supervisor, you will lead shift operations within our cannabis production and packaging department. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities to ensure consistent output, quality, and compliance with industry regulations. In this role, you will oversee a team of 100+ hourly Production Technicians and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow continuity and maximize operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing and understands how to inspire performance, uphold standards, and adapt quickly in a dynamic, regulated environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Production Leadership &amp; Supervision
<ul>
<li>Lead and supervise a value stream of 100+ hourly employees during assigned shifts to meet daily production goals.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to production schedules, operational targets, and KPI metrics (throughput, yield, labor efficiency).</li>
<li>Conduct bi-hourly audits to ensure teams are tracking toward goals and maintaining quality standards.</li>
<li>Coach team members on process adherence, proper techniques, and expectations.</li>
<li>Open the shift by arriving at least 15 minutes early to confirm readiness of materials, staffing, and workstations.</li>
</ul>
Compliance &amp; Documentation
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records of production data, batch traceability, and METRC entries in accordance with state cannabis regulations.</li>
<li>Oversee proper labeling, SKU tracking, batch IDs, and sanitation logs.</li>
<li>Enforce and monitor GMP, PPE, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and compliant workspace.</li>
</ul>
Operational Coordination
<ul>
<li>Partner with the Production Manager to allocate labor and equipment effectively based on the production plan.</li>
<li>Report any deviations in staffing, material shortages, or process bottlenecks in real-time.</li>
<li>Support operational readiness by ensuring all supplies, materials, and documents are in place before each shift.</li>
</ul>
Team Engagement &amp; Culture
<ul>
<li>Promote a high-performance, positive work environment aligned with Jeeter's values and culture.</li>
<li>Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance issues and escalate to the Manager/Director as needed.</li>
<li>Provide real-time feedback and drive accountability while supporting employee growth and engagement.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications: 
Education:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li>
<li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred (not required).</li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 4 years of experience in a production lead or supervisory role in a manufacturing or regulated environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience supervising teams of 50+ employees.</li>
<li>Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.</li>
</ul>
Technical Skills:
<ul>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li>
<li>Familiar with inventory systems and compliance tracking tools such as METRC.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, specifically 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 40lbs. </li>
</ul>
Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexibility for Saturday overtime.

Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Cannabis

POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Soldering Technician, you will be responsible for soldering SMT/PCBA and cable assemblies to meet design requirements. This is not assembly line work; you will be involved in the full build from the beginning through final test and certification of a variety of products.​ You will work closely with the engineering team, providing feedback for continued product design improvement.​ The successful candidate must be able to follow assembly instructions, standard operating/quality assurance procedures, and function well in a manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Rework/assemble SMT/PCBA assemblies to meet design requirements.
· Rework/assemble small cable assemblies to meet design requirements.
· Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards utilizing established procedures
· Follow detailed process travelers and document any relevant production test data
· Contribute to process improvements and assembly procedures within the relevant assembly areas
· Interface with engineering to resolve more difficult issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Success Factors:
· Ability to identify and fix soldering defects on PTH/SMD parts including open solder, disturbed solder, bridging, excess or insufficient solder, poor wetting, fractured solder joints, etc.
· Ability to identify and fix soldering defects on small cable assemblies.
· Ability to remove and fix solder interconnects using hot air tools and soldering irons.
· Ability to read and understand instructions written in English.
· Ability to perform fine pitch soldering and inspection under a microscope.
· Ability for soldering results to meet IPC-610 inspection criteria.
· Ability to meet goals with minimum supervision.
· Comfortable with schematics and mechanical drawings
· Experience and desire to work in a collaborative team environment and proactive engagement in innovation / problem solving, and all aspects of communication.
Required Skills/Experience:
· 3+ years of experience in production assembly
· Proficient with soldering tools (hot air, soldering iron, etc.)
· Proficient with precision hand tools such as screwdriver and power tools such as drill press and belt sander
· Must be self-starter with ability to work with minimum level of supervision
· Must be authorized to work in the United States
Desired Skills/Experience:
· Previous or current IPC-610 or IPC J-STD-001 training or certification
· Experience with hand pick-and-place of SMD components and manual reflow ovens.
· Comfortable using business applications (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
· Flexibility to work overtime as business needs dictate
Education:
· HS Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, color, and peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
TRAVEL: 5% travel may be required primarily in the US
