Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Operate Machines assigned after set-up by area supervisor, Lead person or Set-up Person.</li>
<li>Make adjustments (e.g change tool offsets) as allowed to produce parts in accordance with tolerances and specifications as called for on production sketches.</li>
<li>Inspect parts as produced to assure compliance with requirements using micrometers, verniers, gages, fixtures and/or other measuring equipment.</li>
<li>Recognize and report need for adjustments and toll sharpening.</li>
<li>Report any problems, difficulties, or unusual circumstances immediately to supervision.</li>
<li>Responsible for exercising good machine practices at all times.</li>
<li>Responsible for production, both quality and quantity.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate production cards, records or other data as required.</li>
<li>Maintain area, equipment and tools in neat, orderly condition.</li>
<li>Observe all company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security.</li>
<li>Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as required, assigned or directed.</li>

Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, and provides technical support to help achieve the goals of the business. 
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide manufacturing processes via CNC programs and/or detailed setup information</li>
<li>Optimize processes for throughput, cost, process control, scrap percentage, and ease of setup</li>
<li>Collaborate with toolmakers to create custom work holding and cutting tool solutions</li>
<li>Collaborate with Process Engineers on manufacturing methods and in-process requirements</li>
<li>Maintain process documentation to internal and industry standards</li>
<li>Assist Operations team with technical support and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Perform machine setups for particularly difficult or unproven processes</li>
<li>Observe all company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety, and security.</li>
<li>Provide training and mentorship to CNC operators/Setup </li>
<li>Occasionally lead or participate in special projects and initiatives. </li>
</ul>
