The LTSS Manager reports to the Sr. LTSS Manager and is responsible for the oversight and the day-to-day operations of one or several programs in the Special Programs Department. S/he will work collaboratively with the Sr. LTSS Manager and other managers, supervisors, and directors as needed. The LTSS Manager will provide direct supervision of the staff assigned to the programs. 
The Special Programs Department manages the following programs: Senior Care Options Plans (SCO), One Care Plans (OCP), and the Community Partnership (CP) under Accountable Care Organizations Partnership (ACO).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual will be responsible for supporting families while they navigate the Massachusetts Financial Assistance process during the eligibility, enrollment and reassessment periods. Responsible for working with other employees involved with the enrollment and billing processes for childcare services.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Who we are looking for:
We are currently searching for an LTC Machine Operator to be based out of New Bedford, MA. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this person will be responsible for operating machinery to produce and maintain good quality. Use simple measurement instruments to check work. Completion of necessary paperwork is required.
What you’ll do:
<ul>
<li>Efficiently and safely operate LTC machine with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate production records and fill out daily inspection sheets.</li>
<li>Understand and meet the requirements and capabilities called out in the job-specific procedures.</li>
<li>Comprehend technical functions as related to equipment and job schedules.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li>
</ul>
What you’ll bring:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent education and experience strongly preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work in an environment with loud noises, smells, and/or extreme temperatures at times.</li>
<li>Basic Math skills required.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs. </li>
<li>Must be able to push, pull, bend, sit, and stand without assistance.</li>
<li>Good attendance and strong work ethic required.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.</li>
<li>Ability to follow directions and complete work safely and efficiently while producing a quality product.</li>

Within 3 months, you’ll:

<li>Complete any required training</li>
<li>Have developed relationships with the key stakeholders for this role.</li>
