SCOPE OF WORK: Performs general safety and security functions associated with patrolling, inspecting, and securing buildings and grounds, enforcing rules and regulations, responding to alarms and incidents, assisting the community and public and maintaining records. This position reports to the Director of Safety &amp; Security at NHTI Concords Community College.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:

<li>Ensures the safety of the college community by providing emergency services, routine campus patrols on campus and near off campus areas, securing buildings, facilitating traffic flow and enforcing parking regulations;</li>

We’re looking for a trustworthy technician to maintain the physical condition of one of our properties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Ensure proper calculation of income, assets, rent levels, etc.
• Work with office staff for proper/timely move-in/move-out of residents.
