Description
The Property Management Insurance Manager oversees all property-related insurance, managing policies, renewals, claims, and risk reduction for a portfolio of buildings, ensuring compliance, negotiating with brokers, maintaining low loss ratios, training staff on safety, and acting as liaison between owners, residents, legal, and insurers to protect assets and minimize liabilities. Your Responsibilities

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for on-site supervision of staff and facilities to ensure that clean, safe and healthy facilities are available. Routine maintenance and janitorial functions of the facility while it is open to the public, is required. Responsible for driving/operating ice resurfacer. Reporting to the General Manager or Arena Manager, this position will work alone and with other positions as required by the facility activities schedule. Security Officer - Chemical Plant Patrol

This is a third shift position with a $1.05 per hour shift differential.
SCOPE OF WORK: Oversees and directs the daily work activities of custodial and/or grounds maintenance staff assigned to the 3rd shift and performs similar work. This position reports to the Director of Facilities and Grounds at Nashua Community College.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
