LIVunLtd is looking for a Service Technician and/or Service Apprentice to join our team and work throughout the Manchester, New Hampshire Region. 
 
At LIVunLtd, Service Technicians are leaders in the fitness industry and part of a skilled team of individuals who are in control of their advancement through our technician career path and other career opportunities throughout the company. As a Service Technician, you are responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining fitness equipment while delivering world-class customer service and being a professional representative of LIVunLtd. Successful candidates must be able to manage a schedule full of jobs for a variety of demanding customers. You are the face of LIVunLtd; we need the best.
 
We also hire for our technician apprentice program in all of our service areas. We encourage all mechanically inclined individuals with or without experience in the service and repair industry to apply. Paid training is provided.

 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 
Primary Responsibilities

<li>Inspect, calibrate, and clean and test fitness equipment during Service Contract visits</li>
<li>Evaluate equipment for repair; prepare parts list and labor estimates for a repair quote to be provided to customer</li>
<li>Complete repairs with parts ordered; test that machine is back in full working order</li>
<li>Provide communication to customer both in scheduling times to come out and what is going on with their equipment</li>
<li>Look for additional opportunities for revenue from service/warranty work and PM contracts on additional machines</li>
<li>Look for additional opportunities for incremental revenue for new equipment and/or fitness accessories</li>

<li>Maintain proper inventory levels and count accuracy at all times</li>

As a member of the Aquatics team, Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants in our Aquatics Center. Current American Red Cross or YMCA Lifeguard certifications, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required. If you do not have the required certifications, you could be eligible to receive your certifications free of charge with one year of service at the Keene Family YMCA.&nbsp;&nbsp;
