The Assistant General Manager will work with a passionate team of Front of the House team members on an opening, mid or closing shift dedicated to the overall guest experience. Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the team of a Casual Steakhouse. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.
 
Responsibilities:

<li>Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to, food preparation, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.</li>
<li>Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service. <li>Customer Service: Set a high standard for customer service and lead by example. Requirements:

<li>Minimum five (5) years experience as a General Manager or Managing Partner in a high-volume, full-service setting</li>
<li>Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</li>
