Job Details
 What You’ll Own 
<ul>
<li>Lead Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Forecasting</li>
</ul>
 Drive company-wide forecasting cycles with discipline and speed. Translate complex business inputs into precise revenue, cost, and profit projections that inform every strategic move. 
<ul>
<li>Executive-Level Financial Storytelling</li>
</ul>
 Partner with the CEO and Board of Directors to communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities. Build high-impact reporting packages with insights that fuel big decisions. 
<ul>
<li>Balance Sheet and P&amp;L Expertise</li>
</ul>
 Own the modeling and reconciliation of the P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Ensure each forecast is grounded in sound accounting principles, timing accuracy, and clear business rationale. 
<ul>
<li>SG&amp;A and Functional Forecasting</li>
</ul>
 Track and explain SG&amp;A spending by function, separating timing impacts from permanent variances. Collaborate with department leads to ensure spend discipline and forecast alignment. 
<ul>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li>
</ul>
 Work closely with Demand Planning, Sales, and Marketing to align operational drivers with financial forecasts. Ensure financial systems (Planful, ERP, Nielsen, etc.) reflect accurate and actionable data. 
<ul>
<li>Risks &amp; Opportunities Management</li>
</ul>
 Own the R&amp;O process with a sharp eye on market trends, internal levers, and evolving KPIs. Bring forward well-vetted insights and challenge assumptions where needed. 
<ul>
<li>Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Leadership</li>
</ul>
 Lead the AOP process from calendar development to final board presentation. Collaborate with the CFO and CEO on company guidance, ensuring complete alignment from the ground up. 
<ul>
<li>Long-Range Strategic Modeling</li>
</ul>
 Develop long-term P&amp;L and Balance Sheet forecasts. Identify strategic levers to manage risk, maximize margins, and ensure financial health across multiple horizons.

 What You Bring to the Table 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred)</li>
<li>8–10+ years of corporate-level experience in FP&amp;A, forecasting, or financial strategy within manufacturing</li>
<li>Extensive experience working directly with CEOs, CFOs, and Board members</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting</li>
<li>Strong background in corporate accounting</li>
<li>Advanced Excel and proficiency in forecasting platforms (e.g., Planful, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau)</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead end-to-end forecasting cycles with precision and speed</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with executive presence</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and uncover root causes</li>
</ul>
