Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Rutland, Vermont

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team at a reputable dental practice in Rutland, Vermont. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent growth potential and a competitive compensation package.

This is a 4 a day a week opportunity Mon-Thur.

Fully digital practice equipped with digital x -rays, CBCT, iTero.

PPO opportunity participating in most dental PPO plans.

AEGD or GPR or 2-4 years experience.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general dentistry procedures, including but not limited to: fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures

- Diagnose and treat patients' dental conditions

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care

- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

- Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding dental practices and patient care

- Continuously improve clinical skills and stay updated on advancements in dentistry

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active dental license in the state of Vermont

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a dental practice

- Excellent clinical and communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
