In this role, you will support the execution of in vitro functional cell-based assays to evaluate the potency, mechanism of action, and pharmacological properties of biologic therapeutics.  Qualifications

<li>Direct experience with cell line engineering (CRISPR, lentiviral, etc) required.</li>
<li>Flow cytometry and fundamental cell and molecular biology techniques required.</li>
<li>Significant cell culture experience with primary and immortalized cell lines.</li>
<li>Experience handling human blood, leukopak processing, and PBMC isolations.</li>
<li>Hands on experience isolating and/or expanding primary immune cell subsets preferred.</li>
<li>Direct experience with high-throughput cell-based assays a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with live cell imaging (i.e. Incucyte) a plus.</li>

Think Tank is seeking a highly motivated Fisheries Stock Assessment Model Developer Level I to support NOAA with the development, evaluation, and implementation of stock assessment methods and models. This role will advance NOAA Fisheries' mission of maintaining sustainable fisheries and healthy marine ecosystems by producing reliable scientific information for fishery management councils and partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fisheries science, quantitative ecology, or related fields, with demonstrated experience in data analysis, model development, and scientific communication.
