In this capacity, the administrator would work with other chemistry staff to evaluate and commit valid data to the EDMS, and would be responsible for preparing specific SQL queries and database reports per technical staff requests;</li>
<li>Communicate technical information with other Nobis staff, clients, regulators, and in a professional, clear, and concise manner. Accurately document such communications, and apply the information obtained to the relevant project work; </li>
<li>Fluent in and promote compliance with applicable federal and state analytical services requirements and guidance;</li>
<li>Travel to and perform quality assurance audits of analytical laboratory subcontractor operations and performance in accordance with program or project-level QAPPs and/or contract requirements;</li>
<li>Provide mentoring to junior staff in the application of analytical chemistry services; and</li>
<li>May perform senior technical review of certain calculations and technical documents.</li>

Job Description 
Purpose
The Associate QC Scientist performs laboratory testing within a fast paced GMP environment in support of one or more of the following areas; raw materials, in-process product, final Bulk product, stability, and/or validation. Analyzes test data and evaluates results. Writes procedures with guidance. Works under the guidance of a supervisor but is able to manage time efficiently in achieving timely completion of assigned duties. Assists in trending data to support assay performance. Assists in writing lab Investigation reports.

Job DescriptionRepertoire Immune Medicines is a biotechnology company working to unlock and direct the remarkable power of the human immune system to treat cancer and autoimmune disease. The company&nbsp;was&nbsp;founded on the belief that&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;the repertoire of T cell receptor (TCR)-antigen&nbsp;immune synapses&nbsp;that maintain health and drive disease represents one of the greatest opportunities for innovation in medical science. Repertoire scientists created and developed the DECODETM&nbsp;platform, which allows in-depth characterization of TCR-antigen pairs, and the ability to&nbsp;deploy this information in the form of&nbsp;novel targeted immune medicines&nbsp;to fundamentally reprogram the immune system to kill tumors or induce immune homeostasis. From its sites in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Zurich, Switzerland, Repertoire’s team is advancing a pipeline of DECODE-enabled immune medicines. For cancer, we are developing a pipeline of TCR bispecifics molecules for treatment of multiple cancer types. Repertoire is progressing through IND-enabling studies with its lead development candidate and is planning to initiate a Phase 1/2 clinical trial in multiple cancer indications.&nbsp; In addition, we are developing a pipeline of mRNA tolerizing vaccines for treatment of autoimmune diseases. A successful candidate will have a deep knowledge and focus on protein therapeutics, immune-oncology drug development, and genomic capabilities.&nbsp; Reporting to the Vice President, Project Lead and Head of Translational Medicine, this accomplished professional will have deep expertise in biomarkers in oncology to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of biomarker strategies for Phase I clinical trials in solid tumors. <li>Deep understanding of solid tumor biology, immune biomarkers, and ctDNA/genomic analysis, along with hands-on experience managing biomarker execution in early-phase clinical trials.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of drug development for protein therapeutics and immune-oncology mechanisms.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience supporting Phase I/II first-in-patient clinical studies.</li>
<li>Experience incorporating ctDNA endpoints into Phase I/II oncology clinical trials, including exploratory biomarker strategies and regulatory considerations.</li>
<li>Experience transferring and overseeing assays at CROs or central labs.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of pharmacokinetics (PK) and anti-drug antibody (ADA) assessments for protein therapeutics, and ability to integrate PK/ADA findings with biomarker and clinical data to guide early development decisions.</li>
<li>Hands-on or oversight experience with circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), including use in solid tumor clinical trials for patient stratification and treatment response monitoring.</li>
