 Role &amp; Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate multiple subtractive manufacturing equipment (manual and CNC milling/turning) Inspect finished components to ensure they meet tolerance requirements Select appropriate fixtures and tooling for parts Assist with equipment maintenance and workplace housekeeping Work with both safety and efficiency in mind
 Job Requirements High School or Vocational School Diploma or equivalent job experience 1+ years of experience working with both manual and CNC mills and lathes Understanding of calculations for feeds, speeds, and tool selection Comfort with project autonomy and fast-paced, quick-turn work environments Proficiency in CAM software and working from engineering drawings Ability to obtain a SECRET level security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
 Desired Skills Experience programming and operating 5-axis mills Experience with Siemens NX CAD/CAM Experience with Solidworks CAD / HSMWorks CAM Familiarity with Haas controls Experience with precision measuring equipment Active U.S. SECRET level security clearance
