RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Maintain a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor while interacting with all guests.</li>
<li>Check guests in and out, ensuring proper payment is received, special requests are noted &amp; fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.</li>
<li>Answer the telephone in a professional manner.</li>
<li>Follow procedures on posting charges and settling guest accounts.</li>
<li>Effectively address and resolve guest problems to increase guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Hotel policies.</li>
</ul>
Pay: $16- $17 PER HOUR
Shifts: 7am-3pm , 3pm-11pm
