A Day in the Life
From your first setup to the final sparkle check, your day revolves around transforming materials into finished pieces that meet exacting standards.
- Prepare workstations and materials to support ongoing production runs.
- Operate and care for production equipment, following safety procedures and best practices.
- Partner with design and quality colleagues to hit daily and weekly production targets.
- Examine components and finished items, performing detailed inspections to confirm specifications.
- Track materials and supplies so inventory stays accurate and available.
- Join team huddles to share updates and propose ideas that improve flow and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior jewelry production experience is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail and genuine pride in craftsmanship.
- Comfort working at pace while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Foundational knowledge of jewelry-making methods and materials.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
