Based in North Attleborough, MA, you’ll join a close-knit team dedicated to crafting beautiful, high-quality jewelry. In this hands-on role, you’ll translate designs into polished pieces, working with care, precision, and a collaborative spirit.

A Day in the Life

From your first setup to the final sparkle check, your day revolves around transforming materials into finished pieces that meet exacting standards.

  • Prepare workstations and materials to support ongoing production runs.
  • Operate and care for production equipment, following safety procedures and best practices.
  • Partner with design and quality colleagues to hit daily and weekly production targets.
  • Examine components and finished items, performing detailed inspections to confirm specifications.
  • Track materials and supplies so inventory stays accurate and available.
  • Join team huddles to share updates and propose ideas that improve flow and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior jewelry production experience is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and genuine pride in craftsmanship.
  • Comfort working at pace while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Foundational knowledge of jewelry-making methods and materials.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Curiosity and flexibility to learn new processes and technologies.
